The rapid freezing process provided by liquid nitrogen allows for endless combinations of ice creams, yogurts, and shakes, including both healthy options & indulging ones. Guests can create inventive flavor combinations using some of the freshest ice cream and yogurt they’ve ever tasted - liquid nitrogen is 320 degrees below zero and utilizes smaller ice crystals than a traditional freezing process, creating a creamier, smoother dessert.
